The TwistForm is the most practical solution for fixed retainers at the time of completion of orthodontic cases. A thread with optimal malleability, which adapts instantly, without the need for impressions or scans.
The TwistForm Containment has a combination of 3 perfectly braided stainless steel (CrNi) wires, with a total thickness of .020'' (Ø 0.5 mm). This ensures a low profile, for greater patient comfort and less risk of retainer release. This combination of threads undergoes a special heat treatment, which makes the retainer more malleable, with perfect accommodation and allows size adjustment for the 3x3 retainer in any patient.
